The Topoe Town School in Rivercess County, Liberia has been unused and in disrepair for years. With your support, we can make a positive impact in the lives of students in Topoe Town. Phase 1 is the estimating and planning phase for the necessary repairs. Securing contractors, staff, and volunteers to assist with the renovation.
The Importance of Provisioning and Staffing
When renovating the Topoe Town School in Rivercess County, Liberia, it’s essential to not only focus on repairs but also on proper staffing and provisioning. This is why identifying the funding and project needs for staffing and provisioning should be a top priority in Phase 1 of the project. Determining the type, and number of instructors and teachers necessary to meet our goal of teach 1000 students is a daunting task. However, good staff is THE most essential part of the ongoing success of the students.
