My wife, Mrs. Irene Moifoi Daniels and I had the honor of worshiping at Providence Baptist Church in Monrovia, Liberia, at the invitation of Pastor Rev. Dr. Samuel Reeves on August 24, 2025.
The guest preacher for the occasion was Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia, who visited Liberia in his capacity as Senior Pastor of Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Senator Warnock was joined by a large delegation from Ebenezer Baptist Church, comprising many of his parishioners.
Notably, Senator Warnock is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. His dynamic preaching was one the many highlights of his visit. This historic visit was a private visit which focused on fostering church relations. This marked his second visit as Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
