“August 10th marked a significant day as we arrived in Accra, Ghana at 6:48 AM. After a refreshing early check-in at our hotel, we took a moment to recharge with a rejuvenating shower and got ready for a day of spiritual connection.
Our destination was Bethel AME Church, in Accra for service, where I had the privilege of preaching. The service was truly spirit-filled, with several individuals finding salvation, new members joining the church, and four individuals answering God’s call to preach.
It was a joy to fellowship with the congregation, a reunion of sorts since my last visit in 2012 during the Annual Conference. As the former Bishop of the Fourteenth Episcopal District, it was heartwarming to see the community’s continued growth and devotion. To God be the glory!”
