Project Overview
The Tompoe’s Town Construction Project is currently 70% completed. Significant progress has been made across major structural components; however, several critical finishing tasks remain outstanding. Below is the verified status of work progress and materials available on site.

Work Progress Status
Ceiling Work
34 pieces of ceiling tiles are currently available on site.

The auditorium ceiling has not yet been completed.

Ceiling installation in several rooms is still pending.

Ceiling work in some sections of the building is ongoing but not finalized.

According to Patrick, there are sufficient ceiling boards on ground to complete the ceiling framework (Jersey).

However, available ceiling finishing materials are limited.

Moses estimates that an additional 50 pieces of ceiling materials will be required to fully complete the remaining ceiling work.

Cement and Plastering Work
246 bags of cement are available on site.

Plastering work is ongoing but not yet completed.

Separate tent work is also in progress.

 Water Supply System

The water pump has been installed.

However, it is not yet supplying water to the building.

This was physically verified during inspection.

Further technical assessment is required to ensure proper functionality of the water system.
